Hi, I’m Kelly — the person behind On Hand Assist.

With more than 20 years of experience in retail, office administration, and Human Resources, I’ve spent my career supporting people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Most of my background is in HR, which taught me how to communicate clearly, work with all personality types, and create a calm, organized environment even when things feel hectic.

What I’ve seen over the years is universal: people are overwhelmed. Whether it’s a small business owner buried in admin tasks or a busy household juggling responsibilities, everyone feels the pressure of not having enough time in the day.
